Contract
for A Year in Ceremony
Thank you for leaning in with your heart and your finances to this experiment in co-creating living culture. One critical aspect of this experiment is financial co-responsibility as an expression of our shared commitment to the ongoing thriving and sustainability of this community – leadership included. The following contract is an expression of this commitment.
Our past experience teaches us that the success and continuance of A Year in Ceremony will rest as much upon how we show-up in integrity around financial co-responsibility as it will the power of our ceremonies – and that this isn't wrong. The art of energetic reciprocity is a skill we must practice to create sustainable ceremonial communities.
With these values in mind, please carefully read the following. Your first payment is a sign of your agreement to this contract.
Tuition and Payment
If paying tuition in one full payment, your full payment must be made upon enrollment in the Program by August 2, 2024.
If you have chosen a payment plan, your deposit must be made upon enrollment in the Program by August 2, 2024. All subsequent monthly payments in the amount agreed upon will be auto-drafted from your account on the same day that your deposit was made. (For example, if you make your deposit on July 31, monthly payments will be auto-drafted on the 31st of the month.)
Your payment link provided in your acceptance email is to make your first payment online using a debit card or credit card. This payment link is just for you – please do not share it with others.
Payment Authorization and Receipt
When paying online by debit card or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your card as payment for your Program without any additional authorization, and you will receive an electronic receipt.
If you have chosen a payment plan, you give us permission to automatically charge your card each subsequent month in the amount specified and in the agreed to payment terms specified in your acceptance email.
Missed Payment
If payment is not received by the date due or there is a problem with the payment transaction or method, you will be notified by e-mail and then have a 3 day grace period to make the payment following the due date, otherwise your participation will be put on hold. Please contact us immediately if you find yourself in financial hardship.
Refund Policy
If you are unable to complete A Year in Ceremony, your space will not be filled by another mid-cycle. For this reason, we offer no refunds once you commit by making your deposit.
It is your sole responsibility to contact our team if special circumstances arise and you're unable to make a payment. If crisis (personal or global) occurs, we are more than willing to have a conversation and potentially work with you on payment plans and extending scheduling, however, all sales are final at the time of your deposit and all payments must be paid to completion regardless of payment plan.
